Job Summary

Please Note: Weekends Required (Both Saturday and Sunday)

The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for executing Alpine Modern's culinary program and maintaining high-quality standards in doing so. They are responsible for both prepping recipes and building/plating menu items to Alpine's high standards as well as being trained to make drinks and help at the register. This role will offer full training in all roles at Alpine Modern. The right person for this job will have an interest in all roles within the cafe and be willing to execute quality control on all fronts.

Responsibilities

• Embodies and models the behaviors and practices that make Alpine Modern a world-class hospitality brand
• Prepares recipes to specifications ensuring a high standard of quality
• Creates and fulfills prep lists on a daily basis to ensure the cafe is always set up for success
• Organizes kitchen to maximize space and efficiency
• Keeps the kitchen clean and sanitized, looking brand new for the next shift
• Preparing food orders to order

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hold Team Members accountable to quality and cleanliness standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
