We are looking for a kitchen staff Team Member to join our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for people who love being creative, working in small family business, and providing memorable experiences to customers in a fast-paced, fun, beer centered, and music inspired environment.
Skills
- Maintain food quality and nutritional standards
- Strong work ethic in a fast paced environment
- Food preparation of meats, vegetables, and fruits
- Stocks and preps food items for shifts
- Strong team-minded approach to fellow workers
- Proficient knife skills and use of equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Relevant experience in a fast paced bar or restaurant environment
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that the kitchen needs are met
Food Safety
- Maintain food storage and handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and equipment
- Maintain cooking temperature, product cooling, and labeling
- Properly store, rotate, and manage all food products following local, state, federal, and company guidelines and procedures

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
