Kitchen Supervisor

Valley View Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is looking for an KitchenSupervisor. This position will require the skills of a full-time cook, and the ability to supervise other kitchen staff. This position is full-time and every other weekend. This is a salaried position.

We are looking for the following skills:

• Able to run kitchen under direction of Food Service Director.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Check in orders.
• Knowledge in sanitation.
• Knowledge in safe preparation and holding of food.
• Experience with modified diets.
• Follow state & department of health guidelines in food and sanitation safety.
