As Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is received and served in a timely and efficient manner, and that kitchen, serving area, and cafeteria are cleaned.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all food is received, served and prepared according to the quality and standards of our food provider;
-Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of food service, including appliances.
-Clean (sweep and mop) areas of food service at the end of day;
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed;
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Skills:
-Knowledge of food service;
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
