Kitchen Staff

• Must be responsible for efficiently preparing all food items according to high-quality standards.
• Portions and prepares food items before cooking.
• Other duties include plating and garnishing cooked items.
• Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen work area.
• Ensures all food items are prepared and presented following recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Works harmoniously with all restaurant personnel to ensure quick, responsive customer service, including special requests and complaints.
• Checks the quality and freshness of products and measurements to avoid food spoilage and control waste.
• Sanitizes supplies, equipment, assigned workstations, and surrounding areas before the end of each shift.
• Prep cook.

• High school graduate or equivalent desired.
• Prior food preparation experience desired.
• Must communicate and understand the work location's primary language(s).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, with an annual average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

• Communicate clearly and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, and guest instructions.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods.
• Must lift pots, pans, etc., to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must possess skill in using small tools and equipment.
