Oak Ridge Marina at Lake Fork is hiring Kitchen Staff for a fast-paced restaurant with a broad menu that includes breakfast, burgers, BBQ and steaks.
Commercial kitchen cooking experience is preferred but consideration will be given to those committed to developing the required skills. Those hired into dishwasher or prep positions are encouraged to complete our training into full qualified cooking positions as they are able:
- dishwasher
- food prep
- deep fryers
- griddle/flat top
- char-broiler
Successful applicants will be focused on the job and capable of performing multiple tasks quickly and concurrently in synch with the rest of the Kitchen Staff while remaining cool under pressure. Applicants must be able to lift 20 pounds in order to perform stocking duties and other aspects of kitchen work.
