Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Help with dishwashing, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their orders and addressing any concerns or questions
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus
