Kitchen Service And Installation Coordinator

Home Supply & Lumber Center has developed a well-established kitchen business over the last 30 years. We specialize in custom and semi-custom cabinetry for kitchens and bathrooms. We have a sales, service, and Installation team that we are looking to expand to meet customer demand. We are looking to add a member to our Service and Installation team. Our ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of kitchen and bath installation and would be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities

· Work with lead Installation Coordinator to schedule installers and service technicians.

· Prepare punch lists and order parts

· Schedule countertop installation and templates and address any service issues

· Address customer warranty issues and products. This involves communicating with customers, installers, and factories to ensure problems are addressed and customers are satisfied with the service.

· Travel to jobsites to address service-related issues or to communicate with installers

Experience and Requirements

· Knowledge of kitchen and bath products and Installation processes

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work in Microsoft Office and to pick up our company work flows

· Enjoy working in a team and a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
