Opened in 1994, Chef Keller's three-Michelin-starred restaurant remains one of the most highly regarded fine dining destinations worldwide. The French Laundry's daily changing tasting menu is centered around seasonal ingredients-many of which are sourced from the neighboring culinary garden-prepared with French techniques.

TKRG proudly represents The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon Bistro, Bouchon Bakery, Ad Hoc, La Calenda and The Surf Club Restaurant. Our team of hospitality professionals strives to set new standards in service. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3 yearsof experience in a similar chef-driven, fine dining, Michelin-starred establishment. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
- As part of the service team, the Kitchen server is responsible for delivering courses to the guest, possessing the knowledge and ability to verbalize the composition of each dish.
- 3+ years in fine dining experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer knowledge
- Able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in a standing/walking position for long period of time (up to 10 hours).
- Must have the ability to climb stair repeatedly throughout the shift
