Purpose
The Installation Supervisor/Project Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing cabinetry projects, including kitchens, living areas, wardrobes, and bathrooms. This position serves as a vital link between various departments and stages of each project, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial sale to the final installation.
General Description:
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen Designers, Design Consultants/Sales Representatives, the Purchasing Department, and the Kitchen Manager to facilitate effective project execution.
- Bridge the gap between the conceptual 'space' sold to the client and its practical readiness for installation.
- Ensure that all project elements align with the client's vision and the company's standards.
- Coordinate with the factory for necessary support, while minimizing day-to-day communication to streamline processes.
- Organize and participate in factory visits and training to stay updated on production methods, equipment, and cabinetry systems.
Requirements
General Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. From Beginning through installation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across departments.
- Technical knowledge of cabinetry design, production, and installation processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Willingness to engage in factory training and visits to enhance understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in Technical drawing (Auto Cad, Sketch up)
- Excellent communication, Judgment and teamwork skills that facilitate workload management, multi-tasking and solution oriented and problem solving.

Pay: $44,864.29 - $75,000.00 per year
