Kitchen Hood Suppression Technician

Looking for a seasoned/experienced/reliable commercial Kitchen Hood Suppression technician for immediate employment. You must pass a criminal background check, be drug free and have a clean driving record. A current State of Texas FEL-K license is required. Specialized training would be offered to the right candidate after a period of proven skill and proper work ethic and that in itself is a benefit that is well worth the effort. Inspect, Maintenance, and Repair of Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems. Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing other tasks as assigned.

• Be skilled at Servicing and Inspecting Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems per NFPA Standards as well as National, State, and Local Codes.
• Demonstrate cooperation, teamwork, and a commitment to professional and organizational development.
• Continuing education to acquire.
• Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
• Positive Customer Skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills (English).
• Organize and effectively utilize technical resources, information, material, and support to assure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.
• Be able to lift 100lbs.
• Be able to read construction documents.
• General math skills.
• Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Minimum four years’ experience performing Hood Inspections, Installation and Service required.
