Job Description
We are looking for Technicians to service equipment in the Commercial Kitchen, in supermarkets, grocery store, convenience stores and deli's. This important position keeps the industry running with minimum downtime! Diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, repairing, and scheduled maintenance on mixers, fryers, coolers, dishwashers, other equipment and possibly even HVAC systems.
Kitchen Equipment Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Use your mechanical, electrical skills to diagnose issues and perform repairs and maintenance
- Reach out to manufacturers of equipment to diagnose issues, parts identification and availability of parts
- Written and verbal skills to provide documentation, receipts, work orders, and logging labor and materials
Kitchen Equipment Service Technician Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in appliance and kitchen repairs
- Ability to provide service after hours and weekends on a rotating basis
- Reading schematics, diagrams, specs
- EPA cert preferred
- HVAC/R a PLUS
