Kitchen Crew

Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal prep and cooking in the back of house
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Collaborate with the team to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house area
- Assist with catering events and food preparation as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We require hard working, reliable individuals. Accountability and Positivity are key in our success as a team. We offer bonus in addition to base pay based on attendance and productivity. We have many different positions to fill from Dish, Prep, Line Cook, Pit Crew, BBQ Slicer, and Shift Leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
