Our cooks mostly fry fish and seafood. Some dishwashing will be required. The work is fast paced but not difficult physically.
What you will do:
- Prepare raw ingredients, and follow strict recipes.
- Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.

Harbor House in Johnson City is a great place to work. The hours are flexible for students and we are closed on Sunday and Monday every week which insured regular days off.
