Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners to generate sales leads and referrals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements for Kitchen and Bath projects.
- Present product options, designs, and solutions to clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to secure sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and installation crews, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and promote brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details in CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Must Have
Must have experience in Bath room and Kitchen sales or Construction domain sales

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Experience:
- Kitchen and Bath Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
