Kitchen And Bath Designer/Production

Neighborhood Building and Remodeling is a full service remodeling company that has been transforming spaces since 1983. We are located in Minnetonka, MN and are looking for a motivated individual competent in representing our company as a Design Consultant/Production Manager. We offer the tools to succeed, a dedicated support staff and an effective production team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Meet with prospective clients from in-house qualified generated leads

· Provide design help and work with prospective client to assess their needs

· Follow up with leads to answer additional questions and prepare an estimate for their project.

· Use computer software and/or sketches to prepare visual and creative project designs

· Prepare a detailed scope of work for clients and our sub-contractors

· Assist clients in product selection

· Manage the contracted work from start to finish working with subs to be sure the work is as expected

· May include transporting product selections from office or retail stores to client

· Complete the final walk-through with clients to complete punch list items, follow up with any change orders and present final contract pricing.

· Assist in setting up for home shows in the metro area and participate in meeting and generating leads with prospective clients

Professional Experience:

· Degree in design, business, or sales; and/or 5-10 years of experience selling in the construction industry

· Established Project Management skills a must

· Experience working with residential trade contractors

· Understanding of construction basics

· Basic computer skills in MS Office applications and Chief Architect software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
