Knight Elementary School is hiring a temporary full-time Kindergarten Teacher to be on assignment from April 1, 2024, to June 14, 2024.
In addition to salary, Canby School District offers the following annual stipends to licensed staff:
- National Board Certification: $1,000
- Doctorate: $1,000 pro-rated to FTE
Educators who receive the National Board Certification will be automatically moved to the BA+108/MA+42 column of the CEA salary schedule at the step appropriate to their years of experience.

About This Position
The classroom teacher performs under the supervision of a principal or other designated supervisor and has major responsibility for the instruction and supervision of students. The classroom teacher functions in accordance with the established policies, rules, regulations and the performance standards of the district/state and the performance goals established for the teacher.
