Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a daycare setting
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor children's behavior and address any behavioral issues using positive reinforcement techniques
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
Experience:
- Previous experience in educating or caring for children, such as classroom teaching, special education, toddler care, or nannying
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Experience in infant care and babysitting is a plus
