Job Summary:
Ourisman KIA of Bethesda is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. This position will lead a team of professional sales staff to drive sales and customer service for our Used Car Inventory and ensure a positive customer experience for all customers. The Sales Manager will ensure success through planning, implementing strategies, organizing and leading sales personnel, and driving sales by modeling excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for sales. Must be able able to work in a boutique store environment with an off site service department and parking area.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is a Full-Time salary job. The guarantee salary is $11,000 to $12,000 per month for up to 6 months for the right candidate, paid bi-weekly and monthly. Benefits are not included in this base salary and must be negotiated directly with Ourisman KIA of Bethesda.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Used Car Sales Department, ensuring all customer inquiries and walk-in’s are properly dealt with and handled.
• Monitor sales team performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Set targets for the sales team and ensure they are s met.
• Monitor customer complaints and address them quickly and efficiently.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Foster partnerships with customers and build relationships through excellent customer service.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customers, orders and sales trends.
• Ensure performance reviews are carried out on a regular basis.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years experience working in used auto sales management
• Proven track record of leading high performance sales teams
• Proven experience in developing, implementing and achieving goals and objectives
• Knowledge of automotive products, services, and trends
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints
• Demonstrated analytical abilities
• Superior organizational skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
