KFC Yum! Center - Guest Services Representative

KFC YUM! CENTER operated by ASM Global is a multi-use entertainment venue in Louisville, Kentucky. The KFC Yum! Position Summary:
The Guest Services Representative provides support to guests and Guest Services staff during events by answering general questions, providing directions, assisting with ticketing issues, and providing service for persons with disabilities.
Essential Functions:

• Proactively greets and welcome guests in a friendly and helpful manner as they enter and exit while providing them with venue and event information.
• Provide directions to guests regarding their seat locations.
• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the Guest Services manager when appropriate.
• Record and store lost and found items turned in during events following security procedures.

• Work to provide reasonable accommodations for guests with disabilities/special needs (ex. Relocations, sensory room, access, wheelchair assistance).
• Fill in/assist at the Fan Assist Booth when needed.

Required / Desired Qualifications:
Minimum education level of HS Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Must be able to professionally and effectively interact with angry or emotional guests.
Must be able to read, comprehend, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.
Must be able to stand and/or sit for up to ten hours (not including breaks).
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
