Job Description
SUMMARY
Ensures quality products by operating the kettle-cooked chip fryer and inspecting raw potatoes and finished potato chips. The work week begins on Monday at 10 PM. You will work a 32 hours week from 10 PM - 6 AM Friday maybe miscellaneous cleaning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Fries kettle-cooked chips.
- Inspects peeled potatoes before frying.
- Inspects finished potato chips.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Recognizes problems with equipment or product and reports to management.
- Fills in for other related positions as needed.
- Operates forklift as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) and;
- Three to six months related experience and/or training or;
- Equivalent combination or education and experience.
