Salary- Responsible for washing, grinding, sheeting, frying, and seasoning the production lines.
- Responsible for the proper thickness, oil content, seasoning coverage and grind relating to product quality.
- Responsible for operating the fryer properly.
- Ensures the proper temperature is maintained in the fryer.
- Maintains the proper oil level in the fryer
- Replaces filter paper as required.
- Keeps accurate production records of materials used.
- Responsible for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as but not limited to: GMP’s, food safety, product quality, food security, plant security, etc.
- Adheres to common safety practices/guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Experience:
- Food production: 1 year (Preferred)
- Fryer Operator - Snack Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- York, PA 17404: Relocate before starting work (Required)
