Kck: Pha Homeless Outreach Associate

Member Duties : The Homeless Outreach Public Health AmeriCorps member will build the Cross-Lines and SAH action team's capacity to grow our outreach with those experiencing homelessness through community engagement and the development and implementation of "homeless impact" nights. Engage stakeholders and participate in efforts to build capacity around connecting those experiencing homelessness with resources and appropriate supports. Seek out partners and agencies to build relationships and gage interest in their involvement in "homeless impact" nights. Serve alongside Cross-Lines staff to expand community partner network and resources to end chronic street homelessness in Wyandotte County.   Program Benefits : Education award upon successful completion of service ,  Living Allowance .    Terms :
