Kawaii Store Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to manage our Boise location at Boise Towne Square mall. As a Store Manager, you will hire and lead your sales team, meet sales goals, train and coach, merchandise, schedule labor within provided labor budgets, perform store and banking operations, follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

· Successful sales or retail experience. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

· Strong ability and background in retail sales management

· Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

· Team player and motivator with a passion for people. You will be hiring, leading and motivating a team of employees to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

· Ability to work retail mall shopping hours and be flexible for your team

· Create employee schedules, assign tasks, and provide training and development opportunities. Proficient in shift management, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.

·Strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and upper management effectively.

·Ability to handle team management responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

·Proficiency in math for inventory management, sales tracking, and financial analysis.

·Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed.

·Previous experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or similar role is preferred.

· Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

· Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching

· Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing.

· Consistently lift 25-50 lbs; lift up to 50 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 50 lbs.
