Actalent is searching for individuals interested in an exciting opportunity with a prominent healthcare provider in North Hollywood, CA. This is a full-time, extended-term position that can greatly enhance your resume. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Offering administrative support to Lab Directors/Managers/Supervisors
- Compiling and organizing patient reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Handling data reporting and entry for internal projects
- Attending departmental meetings and recording minutes
- Managing important documents and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- Performing other assigned duties
Requirements:
High school diploma, with at least 1 year of administrative experience or a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
