ProCare Therapy is partnering with Livingston Union Elementary near Merced, CA to find a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team!

About the Opportunity:

As a School-Based BCBA at Livingston Union Elementary, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation. This is a full-time, onsite position within the school setting, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop data-driven BIPs for students with varying needs.
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavior interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
  • Collaborate with teachers,paraprofessionals,administrators,and families to ensure consistent and effective implementation of BIPs.
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior analysis principles and effective intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate progress,make data-driven decisions,and adjust interventionsas needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and other required paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related fieldpreferred.
  • Experience working as a BCBA in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment,problem-solving,and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication,collaboration,and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
