The Crawford County Juvenile Probation Department is announcing a part time Clerical position vacancy and inviting applications from existing County employees. Employees of the Court are classified as “at will” workers.
PA Supreme Court prohibition against political activity by Court appointed employees applies to employees of the Department.
Excellent computer skills are required, including proficient typing, Microsoft Office and Word, emails, general secretarial skills, and operation of office equipment, such as copiers, facsimiles, and multi-line telephones. Applicant must have exceptional organizational and communication skills. Applicant will be required to operate in-office CPCMS and JCMS data systems and be detailed in data entry. Applicants should possess appropriate social skills to work with the general public and are an employee reflecting the standards of the Court.
The pay rate is $17.68 per hour. Pro-rated benefits.
Working hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 21 hours per week. Schedule must be flexible for this position.
This position is covered by SEIU Local 668.
