Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of two years secretarial experience or business school with one year secretarial experience. Our ideal candidate would have data entry and billing systems experience, as well.
Eliot’s Juvenile Justice programming delivers a residential network for court-involved youth ages 13 to 21 who are in need of placement while awaiting return to court, assessment, or residential treatment. These highly structured, self-contained programs offer a comprehensive intervention for juvenile offenders. Each has a fully accredited school, clinical supports including individual and group treatment, and are operated by trained staff with all components integrated through a Positive Youth Development framework.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complete and up to date on-site personnel files.
- Ensure all paperwork is forwarded to appropriate personnel/departments at the main office.
- Maintain mail, phone messages, fax and e-mail capacity for staff.
- Attend staff meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and mileage forms.
- Keep inventory of all supplies on hand and order supplies as needed/requested.
- Maintain files for all systems including billing and utilization.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
