Position Summary:
Under indirect, solution-focused supervision of the Program Director and Program Manager, FIS II/III will carry a caseload consisting of community clients as well as clients in the facility. For clients that are parents, FIS II/III will support parental involvement in child’s development through parent/child interventions based upon a Therapeutic Family Systems Approach to service delivery. FIS II/III will co-facilitate Teen Life Skill Groups, utilizing evidence based curriculum. Services are conducted in the community including client homes and facility settings. FIS II/III will work collaboratively with clients including family members and caretakers, the PB&J treatment team, and other community providers to determine Initial Service Plan (ISP) goals that promote safe environments, nutrition, and child development by addressing environmental risk factors, reintegration issues, early childhood interventions and life skills development. Provides case management in accordance with family needs and contributes to overall program goals. Contacts support services for clients and their families to access other services if needed.

Requirements:
High School diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant experience with the target population
Bachelors plus 2 years relevant experience with the target population
Master’s Degree in education, social services, human services or other related field
Minimum of two years administrative or related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
