Our team is in need of a Junk Removal Specialist. This role involves working alongside the Team Leader to efficiently and safely load and unload items into and from the Dump Truck. A key aspect of this job is providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process.

Compensation: $17 to $19 per hour (based on experience), plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Skillfully remove, load, and sort unwanted items onto the truck for donation, recycling, and responsible disposal
• Complete job orders to the highest standard
• Collaborate with the team to maintain schedule adherence
• Assist in the proper disposal of all items at the shift's end
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation or the ability to commute to Manassas, VA
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing over 100 lbs
• Demonstrated reliability
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Friendly personality with a passion for public engagement
• Comfort in working outdoors

Working Conditions:

• Regular requirement to reach with arms and hands while performing job duties
• Necessity to walk, stand, talk or hear, handle, feel or operate objects
• Occasional sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Potential exposure to pollen and dust
• Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holiday schedules
• Ability to occasionally move and lift items over 100 lbs
