Job Description:

As a Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

• Provide technology support, including troubleshooting, applications, and network issues, answering questions regarding application use, and the installation of software
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, policies, and process improvement opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders
• Configure technology and systems for stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance and updates as necessary
• Implement security measures according to policy
• Manage technological problems and sees them through to resolution
• Identify and diagnose problems
• Respond to technology issues and escalate appropriately

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of relevant, professional experience
• Curious and open-minded approach to work
• Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
• Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Human-Centered Design, design thinking, and/or service design background
• Experience consulting for the Federal government

Job Location and Travel Expectations:

• This position is remote. Some travel (<25%) is anticipated.
• Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
