Job Description
Main Objective
The Solution Architect will present, discuss and document work processes and the system integration with the customer. Furthermore, will establish exact acceptance criteria for the WMS software delivery as well as test cases for Element WMS. Work processes are documented in flow charts and the system integration parameters in a dedicated document.
Role and Responsibilities
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Will communicate closely with the customer to document work processes, integration parameters and acceptance criteria.
- Will do the necessary configuration and installation work of Element SW in the customer HW environment.
- Will work with the customer to secure that tests are conducted, documented, signed and in compliance with the contract.
- Is on site and represents Element Logic when the customer goes in production, to secure direct help, support and handling of unexpected issues.
- Will report to the PM during the project.

Requirements:- Experience: 0 - 2 years of on-site experience in logistics
- Education: Bachelor in Engineering in IT/logistics/automation/Computer Science
- Experience with MS SQL and databases
- Experience in installation / configuration / testing of software systems
- Experience in consulting work
- Amount of travel: 25%
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Passport
- Good knowledge in Windows (setup, services, network) IIS, Cloud, Azure
- Good understanding of logistics processes.
- Thorough Knowledge of Element Logics products and processes.
