Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical expertise to drive successful Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other related technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using RESTful APIs, ETL tools, and middleware platforms
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Proficient in Apex programming language and Visualforce development and Apex, Object oriented programing Languages, Web Site Development, SF metadata API, xml principles, database knowledge SDLC Tools;
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development is highly desired
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of integration technologies like RESTful APIs, ETL tools (e.g., AWS Glue), and middleware platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps)
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control (e.g., Git), code reviews, and testing methodologies
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are preferred
Certifications:
- Certified SF Platform Application Builder
- Certified Platform Developer One
- Certified Platform Developer Two
- SF Trailhead (free) – Developer basic trails PLUS Develop with Mobile SDK and Develop Secure Web Apps
- Security Plus Certification - required

Pay: $83,570.78 - $100,644.38 per year
