Continued is looking for a talented, driven Junior Sales Account Manager to support the Vice President of Sales in driving our group sales program as well as managing our Career Center. This position is focused on creating an exceptional partner experience for our clients, from onboarding to continued promotion of our products and services, as well as increased utilization throughout the year.

ABOUT THE POSITION
- Full-time W2 position, work core U.S. business hours in your time zone

- Travel is required for an annual company meeting, and occasionally for out-of-state trade shows or conferences

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as key liaison for existing partners and end-users for both our Career Center & Continuing Education (CE) group sales
- Support the Sales team in increasing CE membership utilization through new business, and facilitate the annual renewal of existing business
- Deliver and continue an exceptional client experience throughout the life of our clients to maintain existing business
- Daily/weekly/monthly tracking of revenue goals in comparison to projections and account utilization percentages to Sales team
- Data entry and activity logging of all client correspondence
- Assist with new client onboarding processes
- Work directly with the VP of Sales on various projects as they arise (updates to call lists, competitor research, trade shows, email/mail campaigns)
- Daily sales cold calls to potential new business and follow-up on annual renewals for existing business
- Develop sales leads and complete vendor applications
- Work with Accounting on all invoice and billing requests related to processed sales
- Report system bugs and provide QA testing of systems as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- Previous experience working in sales support or account management
- Passion for customer service and being a part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and think independently
- Extremely reliable and motivated to go the extra mile
- Excellent ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
- High level of comfort learning new technologies and proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite (gmail, calendar, gdrive)
- Proficiency with Hubspot a plus
- Experience working in the Early Childhood Education, Social Work/Psychology/Counseling or Allied Health industry a plus
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus
