Junior Sales Account Manager

Reporting to the VP of Professional Services and Sales, you will work to support existing customer relationships and explore new business opportunities. Your success lies in your ability to develop relationships, understand customer needs, and work with the team to navigate various sales initiatives that deliver results.
Your remote role will consist of proactive customer engagement, collaborative teamwork, and research into solutions for our customers across a targeted region in North America. You will also have the chance to travel to trade shows and customer events as well as prospect and customer locations. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and introducing tailored professional and technical services to enhance their ERP experience.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Sales Growth:
· Collaborate with company executives to drive sales across multiple fronts, including professional services, technical services, and new initiatives within our established client base.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
· Actively participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging our reputation and expertise to expand our client portfolio in the ERP market.
· Support the sales process for technical and professional services, assisting in articulating customer requirements.
Account Management & Growth:
· Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Assist in managing client accounts by providing exceptional service, nurturing client satisfaction, and exploring avenues for account expansion.
Communication and Reporting:
· Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on products/services and industry trends.
· Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including technical support, professional services, and product development, clearly understanding and documenting client needs and our suite of offerings.
· Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to management.

Must-Have Skills, Abilities, and Accomplishments:
Sales Experience:
· Minimum of two years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or software industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach in a multifaceted sales environment.
Proven Track Record:
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets using proven sales techniques.
Industry Knowledge:
- Demonstrated understanding of ERP solutions and their application within discrete manufacturing environments.
Relationship Building:
· Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Analytical Skills:
· Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Technology Proficiency:
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s Degree:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
