KP Aviation, an international supplier and procurer of aftermarket aviation components and assets, is searching for the next key member of our team! The Junior Product Line Representative is responsible for assisting the Product Line team with aspects of the asset evaluation process, including data entry, and support with building financial models that establish the buy price, expected revenue, and gross profit for projects. The position will be responsible for analysis of data, database maintenance, and assisting the team in aspects system integration.
Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
- Supports Product Line team with asset evaluation process; enter data and update spreadsheets as assigned.
- Supports Sales staff with market intelligence and provide product knowledge with customers to support the close rate of sales opportunities.
- Analyzes data through use of financial models and spreadsheets.
- Assists with the clean-up and update systems with current records, purchase orders, information, etc.
- Assists with updating push lists identifying specific material that should be pushed to specific customers, identify key sales points for the material being pushed.
- Assists with the evaluation of engine, airframe, material packages following the established pro forma methods and detailed understanding of the paperwork provided for each package.
- Compares actual results to forecasted sales and yields of material from pro forma.
- Maintains and update databases with current information.
- Maintains and updates market intelligence that includes pricing and valuation of parts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

- Knowledge of computer programs including advanced skill with Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy.

- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and a team-driven attitude.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales or data analysis experience preferred.
- Finance or economics degree/program preferred.
- College experience in Business Administration or related field preferred.
