Join us at a Fortune 500 Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company and make a significant impact right from the start. We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Improvement Engineer for our pivotal flagship facility.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our dynamic team to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Reporting to the Process Improvement Manager, your primary duty will be to identify, manage, and implement opportunities for Process Improvement, while continuously advancing safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + 8% Bonus + substantial 401k match
Location: Modesto, CA.
Relocation: Lump sum assistance available
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and process proficiency for designated area(s).
- Participate in system improvement initiatives using innovative techniques such as real-time tomography and line event data systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions to address systemic or chronic issues.
- Contribute to root cause identification and action plan development for Process Improvements.
- Collaborate with training teams to enhance methodologies and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or Food Science.
- Internship experience in production, maintenance, or continuous improvement in the manufacturing industry.
- Basic financial acumen.
- Familiarity with Statistical Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Process Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
