PE Management Group is looking for a Junior Paralegal. The Junior Paralegal will assist the Legal Dept in various projects, including, but not limited to hearings, trials and corporate meetings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts and memorandums
• Research active litigation matters
• Research law by studying laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court opinions, etc.
• Assemble case materials by collecting, organizing and summarizing information
• Coordinating with legal department, insurance brokers, outside counsel, and other points of contact as necessary
• Assisting preparation of transactional and escrow closings, billing, depositions, hearing trials and conferences
• Drafting legal court documents, such as motions, affidavits, subpoena, transactional documents, such as contracts, corporate documents, real estate leases and trusts
• Data entry, filing and spreadsheet management
• Develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases
• Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The employee must possess or develop the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of Paralegal experience
• General Office Management
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel and Outlook
• Communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
