Multi-Bank Securities, Inc., has a direct hire opportunity for a Junior .NET Developer to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. Candidate will serve as a jack-of-all-trades on the IT team, and will be challenged to design, develop, and modify software systems and custom components using modern development stack.

Responsibilities
•    Assist with the software development life cycle (SDLC) of various application enhancements.
•    Support and administer web service-based applications and distributed applications.
•    Participate with building internal processes, procedures, and methodologies, and work with Senior Developers to ensure process is          repeatable and efficient.
•    Review software code to ensure compliance with established standards.
•    Document new application development standards.
•    Build and execute test plans and scripts as required. Document application behaviors, results, and issues.
•    Utilize company configuration management practices for code check in/check out, version control, and overall management.
•    Work with a limited level of direct supervision.

Requirements
•    1-5 years of professional experience in software development using C# and .NET frameworks
•    Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
•    Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular (preferably Angular 7), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
•    Experience with web services such as WCF and RESTful
•    Experience in Azure Dev ops and building CI/CD pipelines
•    Skilled in using Visual Studio and SQL server management studio
•    Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
•    Unit and integration testing experience

JOB SUMMARY:
Our financial services firm needs an IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with experience in both information technology and business administration. The successful applicant will serve as the liaison between the end-user and IT departments of our company, leveraging the technology platforms the IT team develops while also leading the design and implementation of software features and functionality. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and highly innovative. He or she will also be responsible for translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives in mind.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather intelligence from corporate end-users about needs and future growth.
Partner with application development managers and programmers to ensure each project meets a specific need successfully.
Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.
Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
Monitor and coordinate the program to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements, ensuring predictable, consistent and successful program delivery.
Ensure projects are organized and executed in a consistent manner and within established standards.
Establish program communications between sales force, development resources, and management.
Create and maintain a consolidated timeline, setting and tracking clear milestones.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness.
Liaison between fixed income business users and technology group.
Good understanding of testing web applications for functional use and accessibility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A completed Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3-5 years in an analyst position or relevant consulting experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in technology development and deployment.
Solid understanding of fixed income trading.
Experience with website implementations.
Experience in the financial services environment, specifically fixed-income securities or capital markets a large plus.
Demonstrated experience in software development methodologies including Agile development models.
Ability to query specific data in a SQL database and perform basic report creation.
Demonstrate sound business judgment and clear decision making.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
