Job Description:
As a Junior Marketing Associate at Qloo, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our advertising efforts, spearheading our email marketing campaigns, engaging in social media content creation, and assisting in the organization of webinars and in-person events. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities:
+ Ad Monitoring and Retargeting: Regularly monitor the performance of our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Twitter. Implement retargeting strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
+ Twitter Ads Management: Create and manage Twitter ad campaigns, targeting relevant audiences and optimizing for performance.
+ Email Marketing: Develop and execute industry-specific email marketing campaigns. Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement and lead generation.
+ Social Media Content Creation: Generate engaging content for our social media channels, aligning with our brand voice and marketing goals.
+ Group Webinars: Assist in planning and hosting webinars, managing the technical setup, promotions, and follow-up activities.
+ Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of diverse marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and video content.
+ Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of in-person events, from concept to completion, ensuring a memorable brand experience for attendees.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
+ Proficient in digital advertising platforms, especially Google, LinkedIn and Twitter Ads.
+ Strong skills in content creation and social media management.
+ Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
+ Experience working with data insights is a major plus.
+ Knowledge or a strong interest in culture (arts, music, literature, etc.) is a major plus
