Junior Lawyer

Leaders in the Arena is looking for a junior attorney. The right candidate will be curious, dynamic, and fast paced to match the nature of the team. In this role the right candidate will work with senior attorney performing research and assisting in reviewing and resolving legal challenges for a stakeholder.

This role is remote but must be located in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting brief and motions, litigate claims.
• ·Reviewing in researching legal challenges.
• ·Attending court hearings and filings as necessary

Required:·JD required.

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Civil Litigation
• Strong research skills
• Experienced in working in the civil courts and court systems.

• Learns quickly and is skilled in researching and gathering information

• Must be independent, self-directed, organized, and diligent.

Compensation:

• Salary $100,000 salary
• Full benefits package available
