We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with a strong understanding and interest in SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair and have a strong ability to translate event industry keywords, ensuring content is optimized for search engines. THE ROLE
The responsibilities of our Graphic Designer and SEO Specialist are diverse and encompass several operational and supportive areas:

• Apply SEO principles to optimize our company’s website content, identifying and implementing relevant keywords and search terms
• Develop visually appealing website graphics, social media graphics, info graphics that align with our company’s brand
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content in search engine rankings and relay/adjust strategies accordingly
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies effectively into all graphic designs and branding materials
• Collaborate with our account executives to transform their concepts into compelling graphics aligned with clients’ objectives
• Manage assigned graphic design projects from concept through completion, including event-specific designs, within deadlines and budget constraints

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of professional Graphic Design, Marketing experience
• Prior experience in the event industry and SEO highly desirable*
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (excluding: trax, UTA, and bicycle)
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and an understanding of SEO tools and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform design decisions and strategy adjustment
• Strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines

PAY RATE

• Starting 55K/Annually
