Job Summary
Working under the guidance of the Senior Art Director, the Junior Designer assists in creating designs and visual solutions for various projects across company departments and objectives. The Junior Designer employs design theory, design software, and direction from the Senior Art Director to produce impactful designs that align with brand standards, project objectives, and company vision. The Junior Designer collaborates with other creative and marketing team members and incorporates feedback to continually improve designs and contributions to company objectives and projects.

Key Functions
- Design graphics, visuals, and layouts for marketing campaigns and internal needs such as; digital and print ads, emails, blog imagery, social posts, slide decks, ebooks, swag products, etc.
- Contribute creative ideas for visual content, branding, advertisements, marketing materials, event collateral, etc
- Produce visual concepts and mockups to convey ideas effectively
- Refine and polish designs based on internal feedback
- Keep updated on the latest design tools, technologies, and innovations
- Work effectively with other creatives, marketers, and leadership to polish designs
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.
- Experience in motion graphics
- Exceptional creative portfolio showcasing graphic design abilities, visual aesthetic judgment, and attention to detail
- Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and direction
- Consistent performance in creating exceptional work and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage and prioritize their day-to-day projects and tasks
- Effective communication with the manager, project requestors, and team members
