Job Description
What we are looking for...

• Graphic Design major
• Highly-creative, self-driven, visual storyteller
• Multidisciplinary; work across various mediums (digital, print, product)
• Design-driven with an eye for aesthetics; knowledge of type styling, layout design and branding •Passion for learning and growing; welcomes feedback and improvement
• Adaptable; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)

What you will do...

• Design eye-catching, beautiful, and innovative experiences across multiple brands
• Work closely with our designers, creating a variety of projects (social media, email, website, advertisements, signage, packaging, collateral, etc.)
• Build and ship various branding templates, projects, and assets
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm new creative ideas
• Perform day-to-day project tracking and file management processes
• Iterate and improve designs in feedback sessions
• Participate in marketing meetings to understand the business goals and incentives
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
• Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
