Project is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Modify, maintain and validate business related configurations (such as catalog, ordering, billing, notifications, tax, payments, accounting, finance) to satisfy Kuiper business requirements.
- Communicate with partner teams to ensure country specific configuration are in place and working.
- Develop tools and automate manual operational tasks and easy maintenance of our services.
- Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues. Able to deliver software independently when needed.
- Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
- Build monitoring metrics dashboard, and report System health and Support status metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software development, or 3+ years of technical support experience
- Primary Skill React.JS
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
- Working knowledge of AWS products and technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, Docker, etc.)
- AngularJS (P3 - Advanced)
- Test Execution and Management (P3 - Advanced)
- JavaScript (P3 - Advanced)
- Design & Build Enablement (P3 - Advanced)
- Application Design (P3 - Advanced)
