Our client, a global leader in the financial industry is seeking to hire a Junior Executive Assistant to serve as a back-up assistant to the EA of the Executive Chairman .

- Undergraduate degree from a good university
- 3-5 years' experience out of college
- Preferably in the financial industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Workday/Concur for expense reports
- Complex calendaring in different time zones
- Arrange meetings and appointments with clients and other counterparties
- Handle conference management, marketing and other departments
- Answer multiple phone lines and provide phone coverage for other team members as needed
- Organize materials for calls, meetings, and travel
- Monitor emails
