The People at Encore are a critical part of our continued success and because of that, we are looking for a highly ambitious JuniorExecutive Admin to join our Talent, Culture & People team. How would you know if you are right for this role? There should be no task too big or too small for our Junior Admin and if you have a ‘get it done’ personality with a strong ability to build relationships, this could be a great next step in your career!

Here's what you can expect:

  • Calendar management and scheduling meetings
  • Placing weekly orders for office supplies, snacks and lunches
  • Assisting with the fire protection apprenticeship program including but not limited to submitting applications to the State, coordinating licensing exams, record keeping of employees’ credentials
  • Facilitating in the coordination of our Quarterly Meetings, editing/updating PowerPoint presentations
  • Working with our sales and marketing teams to order apparel, swag items for Trade Shows, business cards, and other materials needed
  • Creating “how-to” guides for varying processes within the Talent, Culture & People team
  • Maintain appropriate filing systems, both manual and electronic, which may include confidential files and reports
  • Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events
  • Scheduling our monthly Ideologies presentation with our senior executive team members
  • More! Be prepared to do whatever it takes to support our growing organization, whether it be rearranging our office layout or ordering new business cards, be eager to assist our current employees!

Requirements

The Junior Executive Admin role may be entry-level, but we'd encourage anyone who is applying to see this as an entry-point in to an organization that truly values ambition and rewards hard work. The only limits to where someone in this position can rise are the ones they put on themselves. Requirements are simple:

  • A friendly and energetic personality that comes across over the phone and in written communication
  • Above average proficiency with technology. Walking in the door you have to know Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel above others) beyond that, we need someone with verifiable ability to self-teach other new and emerging platforms
  • A natural inclination towards putting customers first
  • Willingness to try learn, new things, admit mistakes, adapt and change
  • Impenetrable focus
  • Embraces a "can-do" and team-first attitude
  • Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
  • The ability to defuse situations through empathy and logical problem solving
  • A 4-year college degree is preferred but is no substitute for self-confidence, initiative, and unwavering internal motivation to be the best in your field
