Junior Estimator - Heavy Civil

JR Vinagro is looking for a full time, Heavy CivilJunior Estimator to assist in production of overall costs of a new or existing project.  

Junior Estimator is responsible for:

• Preparing and estimating budge costs by studying plans and specifications.
• Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions and costing changes.
• Resolves cost difference by analyzing and collecting info.
• Writes up and present budgets, reports and project plans. Process paperwork and travel to sites as required.
• Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.

Requirements:

• Strong math skills.
• Ability to navigate specifications and Plans.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
• Close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Experience 0-10 years.  Full benefits available.
