PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Primary Purpose
Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Desktop Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring smooth operations of our systems and technology infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy new technology solutions for new hire orientation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment for laptop refresh initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime and disruptions for end-users.
- Document and maintain accurate records of technology configurations, deployments, and support interactions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Configures, deploys, and monitors policies for managing Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot,
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with on-premises Active Directory.
- Assist with improving asset tracking procedures and maintain precise records of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Maintain hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshooting skills related to user authentication, access control, and device enrollment.
- Create, manage, and update support tickets, documenting all relevant information regarding user issues and resolutions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with users to keep them informed of issue resolution progress.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and patching processes for windows environments
- Support and assist with all help desk and project related responsibilities as needed.
