Job Description
Scire Strategies delivers end-to-end organizational change capabilities to clients by providing strategic planning, change management, and project management services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Junior Consultant to assist our Federal client. The Junior Consultant shall leverage their experience in project management, organizational analysis, strategic planning, and initiative execution to tailor best practices and deliver tangible results to our client. The Junior Consultant is also responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with Scire Strategies’ clients, partners, and internal team members.
Responsibilities
· Support project team in executing change management best practices.
· Support clients tracking progress in accomplishing its organizational strategic plan.
· Assist with meeting design and execution of facilitated working sessions with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement new or improved processes.
· Assist with the execution of strategic initiatives and the development of project-related artifacts such as charters, schedules, risk registers, and briefing updates.
· Collaborate with team members to plan, coordinate, and execute stakeholder engagement activities to reinforce positive perceptions about the organization.
· Lead status tracking and reporting on the progress of the support team's activities.
Qualified Candidates Demonstrate
· Experience with face-to-face client support.
· Strong writing, communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work effectively independently and as a team.
· Capability to facilitate diverging perspectives toward consensus.
· High standard for work products and professionalism.
· Working knowledge of change management and project management best practices.
Requirements
· Four (4) years of experience in project management and/or consulting
· B.S. Degree or higher
· U.S. Citizen
· Clearable to Secret (DHS Suitability is a plus!)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
